Empower Skating Sessions - 2026

Registration is accepted on a first come basis and fills up fast.
To complete the registration process, payment must be included with the registration form.

  • If you enroll full time and need to cancel your registration, you can do so up to two weeks before the session starts. You will receive a refund of your fee minus a $25 cancellation fee.
  • If you enroll full time and want to switch to drop-in sessions, you can do so up to one week before the session starts. Your registration fee will be converted into drop in passes, except for a $25 transfer fee that will be deducted.
  • If you enroll for a drop-in session and need to cancel your registration, you can do so up to 48 hours before the session starts. You will retain the fee to use in a different class within the year.

Commitment from Empower Skating
  • We will notify you two weeks in advance if any class or session is cancelled due to low enrollment.
    We will provide a full refund if we cancel a session because of low enrollment or any other reason beyond your control.
  • We will split the classes by level and ability to ensure that each enrollee is being challenged and supported.
  • We will add coaches and/or helpers as needed to ensure the maximum development of our enrollees.

FULL PAYMENT is required with a completed registration form to secure a spot. Refunds will only be issued for medical reasons or due to cancellation of clinic resulting from low registration. You will receive an email shortly with more details. 

Cancellation Policy

If you enroll full time and need to cancel your registration, you can do so up to two weeks before the session starts. You will receive a refund of your fee minus a $25 cancellation fee. This fee covers the administrative costs due to your cancellation. However, once the session has started, you cannot cancel your registration or receive any refund. This is because Empower Skating has already paid for the ice time, coaches, and other expenses related to the session.

If you enroll full time and want to switch to drop-in sessions, you can do so up to one week before the session starts. Your registration fee will be converted into drop in passes, except for a $24 transfer fee that will be deducted. This fee covers the administrative costs due to your switch. However, once the session has started, you cannot switch to drop-in sessions or receive any refund. This is because Empower Skating has already paid for the ice time, coaches, and other expenses related to the session.

If you enroll for a drop-in session and need to cancel your registration, you can do so up to 48 hours before the session starts. You will retain the fee to use in a different class within the year. However, if you cancel less than 48 hours before the class starts, you will not receive a refund. This is because Empower Skating has already paid for the ice time, coaches, and other expenses related to the session.

If you want to register for a session after the registration deadline, you will be treated as a drop-in enrollee. You will pay the same fee as a drop-in program and you will have to follow the same cancellation policy as a drop-in program. You will not be guaranteed a spot in the class and you will have to check the availability of the class before you register. Empower Skating reserves the right to refuse late registrations if the session is full or overbooked.
